How can anyone who knows the truth about the way our world functions not feel great honour in meeting Noam Chomsky?

I have met many great people in my life, some famous, most not, but all such exchanges are inspiring, and my exchange with Chomsky is a special one for sure. I could not help but give Noam a hug in parting, to me he is a father figure of sorts and what may surprise many is that his decency and compassion is the most endearing aspect of meeting this man.

His support for Human Shields and now P10K is both a validation and an indication that these initiatives are not only intelligent and ambitious, but worthy and possible. I suppose the one thing I find most in common with Chomsky is the knowledge that we as people have the ability to turn this world for the better, as soon as we seriously resolve ourselves to do so.
